I had to do a perception test the other day, 4 answers and you have to order them from what your most like to what your least like. About 10 of the 100 questions were on what i am like in my personal relationships, i refused to answer them

If you don't get the job you can sue them for asking the question; if you do get the job you will need to tell them that they can't ask that question at an interview as they will open themselves up to legal action from a bitter rejected candidate.
